Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING NOTICE: All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days (MON-FRI). If your order is urgent, please call us to discuss possible arrangements for getting your order out sooner.


NOTICE: For all NEW customers, we must have a tax-ID number or a copy of a business license on record to process all orders. All items on pantherwholesale.com are only available for RE-SALE. Wholesale only. For all first time purchases, customer is required to give their signature upon receipt of package. If the customer package is returned to sender, the customer is required to pay the new shipping cost.

Return Policy

  • All Returns must be shipped within 10 days of the date it was received.
  • Misused, items damaged by shipping or used items will not be accepted for return
  • All return items must be shipped in the original packaging and properly packed to prevent damage.
  • All non-defective products must be returned within 10 days of the date of invoice, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only if they are returned within 10 days as stated above.
  • All returns must be in original marketable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
  • A repair/replacement fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item is found to be defective, we will reimburse normal ground shipping in the US only.

Minimum Order
We do require a minimum order of $200 BEFORE SHIPPING. This minimum may be reached by purchasing $200 of one item or several items. As long as the total of your order equals $200 BEFORE SHIPPING, this requirement is fulfilled.

By purchasing any item from Panther Trading Company / www.pantherwholesale.com whether by phone, mail (email) or in person, the buyer grants that he/she is in compliance with local and state laws and legally able to purchase those items. Panther Trading Company / www.pantherwholesale.com makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife/sword for use on any particular purpose. By acceptance of the knife/sword, purchaser agrees that Panther Trading Company,Inc shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the knife/sword.

Payment Terms

  • We accept Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards or Cash. (We will hold shipment 10 days for checks to clear.)
  • Any Returned Check for any reason will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
  • We accept Master Card & Visa on our website call if you have other cards.
  • All Charges will show as S & H Wholesale Products On your Credit Card Statements.

Multiple Charges on Your Card: Perhaps you are surprised to see a charge on your credit card if the transaction declined, or even multiple charges? Maybe you do not remember that you tried to submit the transaction more than once? When you voluntarily purchase something online with your credit card - your financial institution will automatically create a temporary pre-authorization for the amount of the transaction to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity, regardless if the transaction is accepted or declined. So for example, if your credit card declines 3 times in a row, it is possible to get 3 pending charge holds on your account. The most common reason for a failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit card / credit card being used for payment. The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the address of a person claiming to own a credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company or bank. It is your responsibility to provide valid and accurate billing information, otherwise your transaction can decline which can result in a temporary pre-authorization against your credit card which we do not control. Please do not use Gift Cards on our website because they do not use the Address Verification System, which can result in a declined transaction with a temporary pre-authorization.

Tempoary pre-authorizations will expire, but this time frame depends on your financial institution's policy (but usually within 24 – 72 hours), this is not controlled by our company.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. All items are for resale only. It is the buyer's responsibility to check local and state laws in is/her selling area regarding the legality of the merchandise purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any federal laws regarding the merchandise purchased. Panther Trading Company and S & H Wholesale products are not responsible for any injury, incarceration or illegal sales of merchandise once an order has been shipped.

Drop-Shipping Program

Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting any new drop-shipping applicants. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Once you have selected the items you wish to sell you are ready to list them on an online auction or anywhere else you want to sell. As a Panther Trading dealer you may use the descriptions and photos from our website to sell products you purchase from us. Please be aware that auction services have some restrictions on what you can and cannot sell. It is your responsibility to conform to these restrictions.

YOU HAVE TO REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE TO ACCESS OUR WHOLESALE PRICES ONLINE. OUR WEBSITE IS STRICTLY A WHOLESALE SITE. WE ONLY SELL TO RESELLERS WHO SELL WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

PAYMENT METHODS
To avoid delays all payments should be made to us by credit card. You can send us a money order or certified check but the time it takes to reach us could upset your buyer unless you warn them of the delay in advance. We will not ship an item until we receive your cleared payment.

Export licenses may be required for particular items that you purchase from Panther Trading Company. Please check with the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security regarding export licensing requirements (www.bis.doc.gov).
